Criminal proceedings carry consequences that are, in many cases, irreversible. The quality of representation at every stage from the bail application to the trial directly affects the outcome. I provide principled and prepared representation in criminal matters, including:
- Bail applications — at the Sessions Court, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court levels.
- Criminal revisions and appeals before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.
- Quashing petitions under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS before the Delhi High Court.
